Jodie and Cholo grew up together. They were always there for each other. Tragedy begins when Cholo begins his studies overseas without Jodi. Jodi's father remarries Maita, who takes in her two children, Tristan and Eunice, from a previous marriage with Dindo . Eunice is envious of the life that Jodi leads and is determined to take everything away from her, including Cholo. Tristan begins to develop feelings for his stepsister, however Jodi still loves Cholo.

Five years later, tragedy occurs when Jodi gets into a car accident causing her to lose her memory. Together with Tristan, they start a new. Cholo is led to believe that Jodi is dead, and Jodi is named as Jenna. So he came to a time when he was engaged to Eunice. However, when they meet again one day, he is determined to remind her of the love they had for one another.

Manuel "Manny" Santos is a boxer who owns a gym called Gym Santos. The problem was, his gym had low-class facilities that caused his loyal customers to switch allegiances to his rival upscale, first-class gym across the street called Gym Paredes, owned by the Paredes siblings Manuella (or Ella), Eric and Oscar. Manuella, the youngest and headstrong sister of Eric and Oscar, considers Manny as her mortal enemy for life after Manny defeated her brothers in two successive boxing matches. But this does not stop Manny from crossing bridges and extend a hand of reconcilation to the Paredes siblings and have a healthy competition between their gyms.
