Asked by reporters to comment on report that she was the reason why her "Wowowee" co-host Precious Lara Quigaman was fired from the show, Mariel replied: "Ako ang dahilan?" asked Mariel, wide-eyed and surprised. "That was my fourth out of the country stint with ‘Wowowee’ and never kami nagdala or wala kaming plus one. It was never an issue...may concert ang ‘Coverboys’ when we went to Hawaii. Meron talaga silang ibang gagawin so there was no way na may plano akong magdala ng kasama. Ayaw ni Tito Boy, ‘loko lang." |
