Baron on Patrizha: ‘Habol siya ng habol'

{mosimage}Baron Geisler submitted a counter charge affidavit last June 11, Wednesday, with the Department of Justice in response to Patrizha Martinez’s act of lasciviousness complaint against him.

The actor also filed a case of unjust vexation against William Martinez and Yayo Aguila’s eldest daughter.

In his affidavit, Baron denied that he had harassed Patrizha and that in fact she was the one who had made sexual advances in the first place.

He also alleged that she got disappointed when her efforts to seduce him failed. "Habol siya (Patrizha) ng habol kahit saan lumipat ng mesa si Baron, habol pa rin siya. Siniksik niya ang katawan niya, pati na ang kilikili. Yung mukha niya naisiksik sa kilikili ni Baron kasi ang higpit ng yakap niya. Siniksik niya yung bibig niya sa tenga ni Baron. Yun ang kinaiinis ni Baron," Baron’s lawyer Atty. Boni Alentajan said.

Atty. Alentajan also said that they are ready to face the complainant’s charges.

"Wala naman kaming hinihinging settlement eh. Akala nila babayaran sila ni Baron dahil nademanda siya, sinusuwerte siya. Abangan niyo na lang kung maakyat yan sa husgado."

Patrizha’s camp got hold of Baron’s affidavit two days later on June 13, Friday. Atty. Salvador Panelo relayed his client’s reaction to the affidavit.

"Nainis siya. May sexual advance daw [ginawa] si Patrizha, kapal niya (Baron). But yung affidavit niya mayroon siyang pag-amin na na-touch niya yung breast."

Yayo Aguila refused to comment on the affidavit, but said that her family will follow the proper legal procedures.

The next hearing is scheduled on July 2.
