camp of sexy actress Katrina Halili is now preparing a criminal complaint against Hayden Kho's mother, who accused the actress of using and pushing drugs.

"Definitely. It runs in the family. Ang kliyente namin nababoy ng anak niya. Mas masakit pa itong ginawang pambababoy sa aming kliyentge sa publiko [ng ina]. Hindi namin ito palalampasin. Hindi sigurio naisip ng ina ni Hayden na may ina rin si Katrina na nasasaktan," Raymond Palad, Halili's lawyer, told ABS-CBN's morning show, "Umagang Kay Ganda."

Palad said that Irene Kho's accusations against Halili are not only ridiculous, but also impossible. He said their camp is now readying charges against Kho's mother.

The lawyer said it would be impossible for a 22-year-old woman (Halili) to influence 29-year-old Kho, who is a self-confessed recovering drug-dependent.

Palad, meanwhile, said that Halili is willing to undergo drug testing to prove that Kho's mother was lying.

He said that two days before Kho's mother came out with the allegation, they contacted the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency's (PDEA) legal division for the drug test.

He said the drug test might be conducted after the Senate hearing on Thursday.

Drug witness?

Meanwhile, PDEA chief Dionisio Santiago said the agency will invite Kho's mother and ask for more details about her drug-related revelations.

"Unang tatawagin ay ang nanay ni Hayden dahil I caught on television na ang mommy niya may mga na-mention siyang mga personalities. We'll start from there," Santiago said.

He said Mrs. Kho's revelations might provide PDEA a big lead in its pursuit against drug dependency in the showbiz world.

He said the PDEA has been receiving information that several showbiz people are into drugs, particularly ecstacy. He said the drugs help actors and actresses to stay awake during overnight film shootings.

"Actually, isa sa mga problema natin ay ang industriya [ng show business] eh. Ang mga nagsu-shoot ng magdamagan, maraming gumagamit ng ecstacy to keep them awake," Santiago said.

He, however, clarified that they are not after the showbiz people, but the syndicate that supplies drugs to them.

Orchestrated

In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN’s TV Patrol World, Mrs. Kho alleged that Halili was following a "script" when she came out and blamed her son for the sex video scandal.

“Ms. Katrina Halili, nabili na ‘yang arte mo,” Mrs. Kho said.

She also accused talent manager Lolit Solis of orchestrating Halili’s “acting.”

“Alam mo ang ginagawa mo kay Katrina Halili is scripted. Sinabi mo rin yan, huwag ka ng tumanggi… Ang ginawa mo kay Katrina Halili ay ini-script mo--kung kailan iiyak, kung anong a-artehan…. hindi ko alam kung sinong kasabwat mo,” she said.

She said she herself heard this from Solis when she was invited to go to a house to get a script last week. She said the incident happened after her son’s birthday. She said everybody who was present there heard Solis’s alleged admission.

She claimed that Solis had also purportedly told her to act to get the sympathy of the public. “Hindi ako nag-aarte. Hindi ako artista. Nasabi ni Lolit Solit sa akin, n’ong pinatawag ako, na ‘kailangan umiyak ka.’”

Holding up a crucifix in front of her, Irene said: “I’m just telling the truth. Na ito ay orchestrated ni Ms. Lolit Solis na very powerful.”
