MANILA, Philippines - On Black Saturday, at 5 p.m., GMA 7 will air Gulong, a Butch Jimenez indie film which revolves around the story of friendship between Apao (Steven Ferno), Momoy (Jopet Concordia) and Tomtom (David Joshua Medina) and an old, rusty bike.

In the story, the three friends create an impact on the lives of people around them — family, friends and even strangers, as they strive to acquire an old bike for their much-longed trip to the fishpond.

Gulong, directed by Sockie Fernandez, also stars Robert Arevalo, Barbara Perez, Gardo Versoza, Ina Feleo, Tricia Amper-Jimenez, Odette Khan, Lou Veloso, Iggi Boy Flores and Gary Valenciano. It is produced by Cinemalaya and co-presented by CBN Asia, producer of the weeknight TV program The 700 Club Asia.
