{mosimage}For Precious Lara Quigaman, there’s life after “Wowowee.” She’s all agog preparing for a pageant that will revolutionize the industry.

“The controversy has made me learn how to speak up for what’s right even if I’m up against influential people,” she says.

How has it affected her BF who’s pinpointed as one of the reasons why she was axed from the show? “He was quite mad and felt guilty after being blamed for following me in our US show. As much as he wanted to confront the person who treated me badly, he’s being a gentleman about it.”
Is she still willing to go back to the show? “I cannot work in a show where I’m not welcome and unwritten rules are implemented,” she laments.

As far as Lara knows, she broke no rule and yet a part of her heart got broken.
