MANILA, Philippines - It's confirmed. The Philippines' only "superstar" Nora Aunor is returning home for a comeback in show business. In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Aunor, who stayed in United States for a long time, said she is now decided to make a comeback in local showbiz. As a preparation for her much-awaited comeback, Aunor flew to Japan for a cosmetic enhancement in Shinagawa, Tokyo. The Superstar was welcomed by her friend, showbiz columnist Aster Amoyo and Ian De Leon, her son by former husband actor Christopher De Leon. Amoyo, who will now handle Aunor's showbiz career, arranged the actress's VISA requirements at the Japanese consulate in California."Naiiyak ako. Aunor's visit to Japan was her first trip abroad after her 5-year hibernation in the United States. Aunor said she was happy that she can now travel out of the US. The travel ban imposed on Aunor has been lifted following a favorable resolution of a drug case filed against her in Los Angeles. The Superstar and her son will stay in Japan until she recovers from the cosmetic enhancement. After the recovery, Aunor will fly back to Manila. Tags: Nora Aunor
