Ryan, a Star Awards nominee for Best TV Host and Best New Actor, has a schedule that allows him to indulge in his interests: sports and entertainment. His show, Sports 37, features a sports with its weekly themes of motor racing, martial arts, indoor and outdoor activities, and extreme challenges. Originally a five-minute segment off a morning show, Ryan’s baby project became a 30-minute sports entertainment program last year. After just a few months of airing, the time slot was stretch to an hour. "Sa dami ng demands through text and images. At dahil they want to know more about sports, ginawa naming 30 minutes siya," recalled Ryan. Ryan said new segments will be introduced in Sports 37. Helping Ryan in hosting chores is harpist Noelle Cassandra, who’s also a badminton player. During the first anniversary of Sports 37 at Tivoli Royale Sports (Batasan Hills, Q.C), Noelle even played harp and sang her favorite OPM "Kailangan Kita." Apart from Sports 37, The 26-year old Ryan, an avid fan of martial arts icon Bruce Lee, also hosts the sports segment of "Good Morning Kuya!" anchored by Daniel Razon. As if that’s not enough, he is one of the main casts of UNTV’s weekend morning show "Kami Naman!" Ryan has an upcoming show "Barangay Hoopsters" which is about basketball. It will start next month on Sundays. "My most valuable realization is that there is more to sports than what meets the eye. There is a bright future ahead in the world of sports," he reflected.
