Anticipation is high for KC-Richard flick

As Star Cinema finally wraps up its last few shooting days for the Richard Gutierrez-KC Concepcion starrer For the First Time, anticipation is high for the romantic drama which joins together two of the most prominent offspring of showbiz royalty.

Richard, who has been very vocal at the chance to do a project with a different network, is also setting tongues wagging with his very much noticeable on and off-screen chemistry with KC.

“Very special itong pelikula para sa akin. I’m blessed to work with Star Cinema,” he says happily. KC, who is also excited about her debut film, has been working doubly hard to show off her strong acting genes on the big screen as well as her sexier side.

"For the First Time" is a love story between two headstrong people with two very different concepts of how to live the perfect life. KC plays a character not unlike her real life persona.

She takes on the role of Sofia, a young, rich and beautiful career-oriented girl with the picture perfect life. Fia grew up in a household with a disciplinarian dad (played by Philip Salvador) with everything in her life being orderly and carefully planned.

Richard takes on the role of Seth, a confident, happy-go-lucky playboy whose concept of a perfect plan is to have no plan at all. In other words, he is the total opposite of Fia. Seth just wants to enjoy life and not face the real world just yet. This brings him to faraway Greece, where he crosses paths with a vacationing Fia.

The exotic isles of Greece provide the perfect romantic setting as the two travelers find themselves falling in love at the place where they least expected it. Can the perfect little rich girl find the courage to come out of her comfort zone for the love she never thought she’d find?

And can the handsome playboy finally be man enough to finally take life seriously? Find out as these two very different people must choose whether to take the chance on each other for love or hold on to their own convictions in life.

For the First Time is directed by Joyce Bernal and is part of the 15th year anniversary celebration of Star Cinema. Catch it in local theaters starting August 27.

Beautiful kc and handsome richard

God bless sa inyong dalawa may the Lord give you more blessings, and chances na makaroon pa kayo ng maraming movie together, kahit mag ka iba ang networks ninyo nothing is impossible by God, mag karoon lang kayo ng faith, bagay kayong dalawa ang charism ninyo as young actor and actress.
