Communication behind Charlene, Aga’s happy marriage

Celebrity couple Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales shared that the key to their eight-year blissful marriage is open communication.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the couple said their marriage remains strong because they make it a point to regularly talk about anything.

"Believe it or not, pagka-gising namin ni Aga palagi kaming nag-uusap. Before we sleep, we always talk and throughout the day we always talk,” Gonzales said.

Gonzales and Muhlach, who have twins, were launched as the newest endorsers of beauty product Pond’s Age Miracle on Tuesday at The Peninsula Manila in Makati City.

Muhlach, on the other hand, said he and his wife are always excited to go home from work to spend quality time with each other.

The actor also attributed their strong marriage to their commitment to make it lasts.

"We decided also that we want to grow old together. It's just going to be like that. People will always have something to say bad or good so we pick up the good," he said

Muhlach added that the most important thing for them is the power of prayer.

"We have a long way to go and as long as our dream is to stay together forever, I think that is possible," Muhlach said.
